Our Milestones
1994 - Foundation
Yapısal Construction was established in Ankara as a small contracting firm. We stepped into the sector with our first project, a 24-apartment residential building.
2000 - Growth
We completed our first large-scale residential project. Our employee count exceeded 50. ISO 9001 certification was obtained.
2005 - Commercial Buildings
We entered the commercial building sector. We successfully delivered our first business center project.
2010 - Infrastructure Projects
We completed our first infrastructure project with the General Directorate of Highways. Company revenue exceeded 100 million TL.
2015 - Restoration
We entered the field of historic building restoration. Collaboration with the General Directorate of Foundations began.
2020 - International Projects
We completed our first international project in Georgia. Our first LEED-certified project was realized.
2024 - Today
We continue our journey as one of Turkey's leading construction companies with 250+ completed projects, 500+ employees, and over 30 years of experience.
